Very nice size, weight and craftsmanship make this an excellent gift. The chain is a bit dainty, but fine for a woman. There is an abundance of celtic/garnet jewelry in Amazon, so it was simple to match this with a bracelet and earrings. My girlfriend loved the set, which appears to be more expensive than it is.

I wanted a simple but attractive cross to wear everyday, and I love this one! I get so many compliments. It's a perfect size..about an inch and a quarter. I did put the cross on a thicker gauge chain, as the chain that it came with was flimsy. Still, it's very much worth the price. Very happy!

This is a very lovely cross. Definitely worth giving as a gift.

Regrettably, the chain is very cheap looking and detracts from the overall quality. I wound up buying a separate chain. I would have been a little embarrassed to give this as a gift as-is.
