This cross is truely lovely. My daughter was concerned it would be too trendy but due to the sizeabout 1 inchand the quality it is perfect. The chain was slightly short so I purchased a longer one. I'm very satisfied with my purchase.

My mom said she wanted a cross and I opted to purchase this one for her for Mother's Day. The cross was a nice, everyday size. It's not too small, not too big. She was very pleased with it and I was proud to give it as a gift. The packaging was very nice, a blue box with a white satin ribbon so the wrapping was already done! In all, a good buy. I'm happy.

This is a very nice necklace in size, weight, and appearance, and it comes in a beautiful royal blue box with a white satin ribbon, much like a piece of Tiffany jewelry. The only flaw is that the chain is too short, even for a young woman. Expect to have to purchase a longer chain.

I bought this as a Christmas gift and it's very nice. I read others' feedback about the short chain, so I bought a longer one at the same time. I'm sure that the recipient will like it.
The only word of caution I'd issue is that the cross is very dainty. The clickable pictures posted on amazon.com are ENORMOUS by comparison to the real item. That said, the cross is exactly as described in the details posted by the seller -25 millimeters in height, for example.
What might be helpful is for the seller to post a picture that gives prospective purchasers an idea of the relative size of the item against the neckline of a normally sized woman. Timex watch sellers often do this on amazon. For an example, do an amazon search for the "Timex Women's T41181 Expedition Metal Field Brown Leather and Nylon Strap Watch" and once you are on that page, click on the various pictures that are offered. One of them will show the watch on the outline of a normally sized woman's wrist. This is very helpful when comparison shopping differently sized watches. Perhaps the seller's of jewelry could do the same thing. :-)

I purchased this for my wife quite a while ago and waited to review it to be sure the chain and setting help up well. She's worn it about 3 times a week for over a year and the chain has held up to daily use and a few untanglings. The setting has been solid as well. The color for both the stone and the cross are still very nice and bright after cleanings. The only reason it's not five stars is because the back of the pendant is not solid metal. Still a good value.
