It's a solid item, the nails are real metal and sturdy. My only two complaints: The leather cord isn't the most amazing thing in the world and is in fact very cheap. The other complain is that while it's hard to tell from the picture, the cross actually has black on the nails to make it look more aged or rustic or whatever. It actually enhances the look, no doubt. However after 2 months of daily use and no abnormal habits for wearing it (under my shirt, not in the shower, etc), the black parts are flaking off for no reason. Like nail polish just peeling.
I don't believe the cord nor the poor paint are a reason to NOT get this item, but combined they make it lose a star for me.

I got this in the mail and realized I accidentally ordered the one that is 2 inches tall, which is a lot bigger than I usually wear. There is another one that is smaller that I'll order later. I returned this one with no problems and a quick refund. I loved the way it looked and it felt nice and sturdy. The cord was kinda cheesy. You'll probably want to buy something different to put it on, but the cross itself is great. So I definitely recommend it, just be wary of which size you want. It says the measurements in the fine print.

this necklace is great. my boyfriend wanted a cross necklace for Christmas but i didn't want to get him something i have seen over 100 times on people but when i found this i was like wow this is different i have never seen any other cross necklace like this one. when he opened it he was very happy and loved it a lot he also pointed out it was different but was very happy with it. i picked this one because he likes to be unique and have items that not alot of people have and thats why i think he loved it so much. it looks exactly like the picture. the only thing that seems a little different is the picture makes it look bigger than it is. but over all it is a great product and recommend it to anyone who is interested in it to buy it.

Very nice looking, but all the copper wire was coming apart after a few hours of wear. I fixed it once, then it fell apart completely and we lost the whole cross. The wires aren't strong enough to hold it together. Amazon issued an immediate refund, so that was great.

I gave this to my husband when he decided to return to church. He hasn't in a while and I told him we should both purchase crosses because it made me feel safer wearing one, being closer to my holy savior. He loves the cross and the leather cord. Its great and it isn't sharp to stab to the skin. Would recommend for anyone!
