This product could be great if the company would reinforce the ring at the top. It needs to be more heavy duty and soldered, instead of open. The idea is to have an emergency pill available at any time, but since it comes loose from the chain, you run the risk of losing it. My husband has to carry it in his pocket, and that wasn't what we thought we were purchasing.

Spent 20 minutes cleaning the metal shavings out of the inside, loaded it with nitro tabs, screwed on the cap, hung it on my key chain. Simple....until I open it...that was when the chain ring broke off the cap. This left me with a very small pill "bullet" which was not what I wanted. It so cheap in price, it wasn't worth sending it back. Save your time and find a better product. I have no complaint with the vendor, just a cheap product.
