It is a nice rosary just more chunky plastic/stiff looking then I had wanted. It was well made and came well packaged. I ended up returning it only because it was going to be a gift and I was looking for a different kind of quality. The company was very easy to communicate with and answered all of emails the same day I sent them. It was my first return on amazon and it went very smoothly thanks to them.
