I was weary of purchasing jewelry from an online store and I probably will not do it again. The only positive things I have to say are that the delivery was as promised and it does look fairly pretty.

First problem; it was tangled beyond belief, the tiniest chain I have ever seen in my life and it took me an hour to remove all the knots. I am so glad I had it sent to me and not directly to its intended owner. Seeing as how it was to be a gift, I would have been horrified to learn that she had to do this.

Second problem; the diamonds are very dull. Had I known about diamond cut and clarity I would have noticed that the diamonds are of very poor clarity, which I was disappointed to learn. I wish it would have looked as pretty as it did in the picture.

I have yet to report my issues with Amazon or the seller, but I am merely stating my honest opinion. I gave it four stars because my mother still loved it and, like I said, it still looked pretty.

This was a gift for my wife, and she loves it but there are a couple of issues. A couple of the diamonds are just a little darker, and the chain is very fragile. We ordered a new gold chain and made it a 5 star item. Still, very nice for the price.

I really loved the cross. The chain was very thin. I would probably purcahse another chain. So it won't break and I lose it.
