I ordered mine and it was shipped without the chain. Contacted Amazon support and they immediately sent out a replacement. The cross is even bigger than what I expected, but still a nice size. I think it is great.

I love this item and stainless steel, owned this for over a year now and still love it... This is the greatest work of stainless steel at such a low cost. I lost it through moving, and purchased another one, very durable, same quality! The great thing about this is if you want, you can change the necklace.

This is a great necklace, i get compliments on it all the time. However, i must warn anyone who buys this; the weld that holds the cross to the chain is microscopic and poorly done. Any serious tug on it will cause it to break. (I caught mine on my shirt while taking it off) they last a good while if your careful but ive broken two now and getting them proffesionally rewelded costs about as much as the thing is worth. Great necklace but you've been warned.
