I bought this as a Christams gift for my wife & I truly regret it. It's not even the same cross shown in the description photo. The cross I received had multiple scallops on the face of the cross & the one shown was smooth. The chain is not much thicker than a couple of strands of hair. What really angered me is the chain was in wrapped & interlaced along both lengths of the cross. I have big fingers and it is almost impossible for me to untie the chain. I was able to undo some, but most of it is a mess. I'm almost ashamed to give it to my wife, but I will, maybe she can untangle this mess. Of course, it's not made in the U.S., but it was labeled with paper stating it was made in the Domincan Republic. I know, you get what you pay for, but I was running short of money because I had to replace my roof in October & replace my fridge in November. My VA check only goes so far. I say buyer beware!

The cross is very nice but it is very little. It is definitely for a smaller child. Anyone could wear it, with the right chain, but it is small. I bought it for my toddler niece and it is perfect.

This is a quality necklace that looks nice, but it is quite small. If you want a cross that is inconspicuous, than this is a good choice. The front of the cross has an interesting carve that allows it to shine, and this looks appealing.

This was a gift for our 15 year old, and she is thrilled with it. Of course, she picked it out here on Amazon, but we ordered sight unseen and she loves it. The necklace is 18" as stated, a bit thin but that's the appeal. The cross is small but well made. Very nice piece of jewelry!
