I ordered the cute sideways cross necklace, 16 inches long, for my teen daughter. I ordered it on Sunday night, and it arrived by Wednesday afternoon. Very impressed with the speed of shipping, considering that it was free shipping with purchase over $25. The necklace arrived in a small plastic bag, enclosed in a gold-colored cardboard jewelry box, encased in a large ziploc bag, which was then enclosed in a plastic bubble wrap mailer. I ordered the sterling silver, and it is very shiny and in superb condition. My daughter was very pleased with it, and immediately put it on. The 16 inches long chain falls just underneath her tshirt collar. It is a bit fragile-looking, the chain is not ultra-thin, but care will be needed to make sure it doesn't break. The cross is delicate, not very thick. I love the look of it, I like delicate jewelry. This probably wouldn't be good for young children, since they might accidentally break it. The length can be extended a bit because it has, I don't know what its called, extra length with small links to place the clasp to the length you wish. We just received it, so time will tell how well it holds up. As of this moment, however, I am extremely pleased with this product and would buy from Claddagh Gold again.

I just received this necklace in the mail today (it arrived 3 days early!) and I could not be any more pleased with my purchase! I'm so glad that I decided to get this particular one that has a bit of a curve in it because it lays very nicely on my neckline. It falls just above or at my collarbone at the tightest and then there is a extension as well. If you are thinking about purchasing this item, do not feel the need to hesitate! Adorable!!!
