I bought this cross for my husband. It's exactly as described (solid gold) and looks exactly as pictured in the stock photo (very simple). The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because the chain it comes with is paper thin. Other than that, it met my expectations. I would recommend it, but be aware that you will have to purchase another gold chain for it (and with gold being as expensive as it is, that might hurt your budget).

Let me begin by saying that I HATE to say anything critical about a religious article, especially a cross.This was advertised as a "Men's 14k Yellow Gold Solid Large Polished Cross With Rope Chain," well only part of that was accurate. The cross, itself, was very pretty, but in no way should it be classified as a cross for a man. It was extremely thin and small, and the chain was too fragile and too feminine looking. The size of the cross would be best suited for an older child/teenager, but definitely not for a grown man.
